6/18/2012: End of Week 16 Weigh-in

It's unbelievable, really, but today I weighed 192.4 pounds which means I have lost a total of 29.6 pounds in 16 weeks.  All I can say is that all of the exercise is definitely paying off.  In spite of the snacking on our road trip, I continued to lose weight.  There were several times that I thought about eating more.  The ice cream at the gas stops looked good, for example, but I never went that far, which paid off as well.  I'll keep plugging along, counting calories and exercising six days a week.  Obviously that is the formula that works!!
