This morning I weighed 196 pounds for a total to-date weight loss of 28 pounds. I can wear clothes that have been too small for a couple of years and I can no longer wear the ones I was wearing a few months ago. Progress!! The weight loss continues to be steady, thanks to the exercise and calorie counting. My strength training routine this week seems ridiculously hard, but it's also working. One cannot argue with the results.
I've still got a way to go, 46 pounds to my goal weight. But I know I am going to get there by my target date of February 4th, 2013. I'm still below my line!!
A ridiculously hard workout is a gift. Enjoy it!
