9/1/16 - update

Weight:  154.0
Exercise:  Chest and triceps

I am running late, so just an update.

My workout this morning took 56 minutes.  It was very difficult.  It is much harder to focus on a couple of specific muscle groups for an hour than it is to do a full body workout.  I'm still adjusting.
